NO weight loss, but no gain either.

I dont know what else I could be doing. I am working out at least one hour per day every day. I am staying within my calorie range and no empty calories, no junk food, no eating late. Maybe there will be a loss tomorrow. My stomach still hurts as does my back but other than that I am feeling more energy and overall good.

Today I am grateful for

1. cleaning the bathrooms yesterday.


I am sure I am thankful for more but I am tired and worn out today. No nurses for my son until Friday. He is not feeling well at all so it is a lot more work.
