Ahhh, I know how that carb craving goes. The best (and pretty much only) way I have found to get past them is the old hack-n-slash method -- cut them out almost entirely for a few days. Even that spaghetti squash has quite a few carbs. 10g in just a cup of the stuff. Be careful that you're not getting them where you don't realize it. Take a look at my Feb 25th journal (journal replies won't let me post a link), it has a list of veggies in order of carb content that can help you. GOOD LUCK! You're doing GREAT!

I went for the spaghetti squash to give me some enegy and a healthy alternative to spaghetti itself. I did half a cup luckily :-) I feel like im doin great. I cut my carbs by 13% today! :-)
