Well for the first time since I was 18, I am now a member of a gym. I commute to school 4 days a week and there just happens to be a gym right on my way home from school. It was much larger and nicer then I thought it would be but it’s not much on exercise classes like at my sister’s gym . Then again I won’t have to wait around for a treadmill either…hopefully.
So again, I haven’t been doing well will logging food or weighing in. I think I’m up like 2 lbs now. I’ll weight in tomorrow for sure because I have to keep accurate data on how the gym effects me. I’m really excited now. I really want to work out on the treadmill and the elliptical machines. I use to LOVE the elliptical machine at my old gym. And now I can really get in some miles without worrying about the weather and the sunlight so much. Monday-Thursday will be my gym days and then Friday-Sunday I can do whatever I want exercise wise. That’s the plan anyways.
