Amazingly, I started my journey over 320lbs. Got down to 296lbs and fell off the wagon for nearly 3 yrs (a l-o-n-g story). Bought a scale and weighed in today at 303.4 -- better than I thought it would be (some of the lifestyle changes I made in 2011 did stick). Strangely proud of myself and ready to move foward toward goal.
