Yes I’m on strict keto and it’s all dependent on your macro breakdown and calorie intake for your body. For me I found my ideal ratio is at 70% (good) fat, 20% protein, 10% carbs/sugar a day.
With that I could eat 1-2 rashers a day (probably up to 8-10) however I want to get a mix of food types to ensure I get a healthy balance of vitamins and minerals on this ratio.
