MY AFFIRMATIONS FOR ME TO FOCUS ON DAILY TO STAY ON TRACK!!!!

1. FOCUS ON FS MENU CHART AN CRUNCH THE NUMBERS FROM THE DAY BEFORE!!!!!
1.5. I AM FIRST !!!!!...I AM DOING THIS FOR ME !!!!!
2. WATER...WATER...WATER...THE BIGGER THE PERSON YOU
ARE THE MORE YOU NEED THRU THE DAY TO FLUSH YOUR
TOXINS OUT...!!!!!
3. EXERCISE...PUSH THE WORKOUTS....KEEP INCREASING THE
EXERCISE !!!!!
4. DEPENDING ON WHEN YOU EXERCISE, EAT THE MOST
CALORIES AROUND YOUR WORKOUT TIME, THEN AS THE DAY
GOES ALONG TRY AND DROP THE CALORIES...
5. THE IDEA FOR ME IS TO KEEP MY CALORIE COUNT DOWN TO
300 CALORIES PER MEAL
6. WATCH FOR THE HIDDEN SALT IN FOOD
7. DAYS OFF IS NECESSARY FOR RECOVERY FROM WORKOUTS !!!
8. DOING HI-INTENSITY WORKOUTS BUILDS UP MY HEART
MUSCLES SO THAT I CAN GET MORE OXYGEN IN MY BODY TO
BURN OFF MORE CALORIES !!!!!
9. DO THE BEST YOU CAN DO EVERYDAY !!!
10. BE TRUE TO YOURSELF !!!!!!

11. AND AS LISA ONLINE WOULD SAY...."Have Fun"! TOWANDA!!!!!

back from my 86 min workout...first hour on elliptical, 12 resistance, hill ....second same elliptical 26 min , 10 res, hill ...could of done the last 4 min an quit...was ready to change shirts an get a dry one on...lol...i take extra with me to the gym so i have a dry one to wear on way home...

25 right now...but in the 40s later today...snow is still melting in the yards...suppose to be 50s tomow...makes you want to get on the shorts ...lol

my 90 min workout zaps my energy level down to zero...just not starting to recover from the workout...
