ADDED LATER: DH took doggies walking so I did 2 programs on Stairmaster. Still needed support on hills #3 and #4 due to high HR; thought I could get through it but still had too much time left and HR was already past what calculations say should be my max exercise rate and climbing. Oh well, someday...
