I know I've said it before, but this time I really mean it...again! Haha! I really feel great. I love eating healthy and exercising. I'm really in love with the Leslie Sansone aerobic walking. I'm trying to alternate between that and my eliptical, just to switch it up. My husband is working out and eating the same things I'm eating. I love that he is doing this with me! We both need to be healthy. Things are going great! This weekend is my birthday weekend, but I don't plan to overdo it. I will ask for a container when I order my meal and put half of it in the box for the next day!

My birthday is Monday so I hope to see another loss when I weigh-in. That will be the best birthday gift ever! :)
