well....yesterday I was right on target! Today was great till a major stressor and I had about 2 cups old fashioned oats with 2 tbls smartlite butter but probably 1/4 cup sugar!(maybe) that alone I later calculated was 5o carbs! Wont be loosing any weight today. Used up all but 3 of my extra points for the week on weight watchers. Maybe I'll just turn my phone off! Tomorrow I;ll do better!
