You know that I get the 1.5lb gain the other day after the debacle with the heavy cream. The next day I lost 3.8, which put me under 340lbs and I felt really good about that. I had eaten clean, and probably TMI but I was able to go to the bathroom 3x that day. Really not feeling well the last few days as I have taken myself off a medication and have not adjusted to it yet. I feel like I had a really clean day yesterday eating wise and the only thing I didn't do was have the level of metamucil and magnesium (for constipation) I had been having the few days prior, and up about 3.5lbs or so this morning. Very disheartening. I guess I have to keep the metamucil and the magnesium up, have no idea what else to do. Plan to be getting miralax this weekend.

The best advice any one ever gave me was don't weigh every day. Your weight will fluctuate based on a number of things and it is VERY disheartening to see a gain when you think you've done so very well!!!
