I really think I need a new scale! How could I GAIN a pound when I have been SOOO good the past two weeks? I haven't even come close to my RDI and I've been working out for about 3 hours everyday (both cardio and weight resistance)! Why can't I get below 180?! Well, there goes my excitment over fitting into some old jeans. Its easy to blame the scale but in reality I guess I'm doing something wrong.
