Lizzie983's Logboek, 22 mrt 14

Hi buddies,

Weight is up, as expected, from 2 days of tons of food.
Yesterday we had to celebrate a friend of our, and I also had a couple of drinks. I know I should not eat in restaurants and avoid alcohol, but spending time with friends gives me a lot of energy and makes me feel good.

Now I am at work, since I have a work deadline in 10 days and I still have a lot to do.
I have to challenge myself, in order to work hard and come up with good solutions.

For the next 10 days sports won't be a priority... I will at least keep on having 10/15 minutes walks when my brain does not work anymore :)
And still eat as healthy as possible.

OK, it's time to start :)

Lizzie. I live in western Canada. One of my goals this year is to buy some pitons and rope and go out to some of the cliff faces around here. The little woman (she literally is) used to rock climb so she'll be teaching me. I'm looking forward to it.We'll likely find a few short cliffs where we can do the belaying practice. It should be a lot of fun. :)

Hey northernmusician, it sound good! I wish you plenty of fun :) So jealous about the cliffs in Canada. I live in Germany, far from the Alps and far from the coast :( Anyway, I am planning a visit during summer to some proper outdoor place to climb! :)
