Im tired, sick and miserable. I am dealing with a 2 yr old covered in poop who has croup. A baby with a ton of special needs who now on top of everything, is sick. A 3yr old sick n coughing3i4nmjwqhj1 and a 10 yr old sick. The only child not sick is my 6yr old. I feel run down. My throat hurts. I didnt exercise yesterday and although I didnt go over my cals I felt like I could have eaten better. I had soup. The homemade chicken soup was not bad but at lunch I had a cup of noodles and that had 1000mg of sodium. After that I was so sick with cramps and stuff. Now I am dealing with hospitals and doctors trying to get appointments scheduled for next week that I had to cancel this week. Tell me really that a neurologist is booked til April. The nurse just seemed mad at me bc she thought I didnt call to cancel. I called back and got in for March but still. I hope to exercise today, maybe it'll make me feel better.
