Tamitam55's Logboek, 12 apr 21

This past weekend we did our mini-spring break by driving 2.5 hours to the mail in Syracuse. During that time I ate whatever I wanted and I’m disgusted with myself for gaining those pounds I worked so hard to get rid of. *sigh*. Maybe I can get back on track this week. Does anyone throw caution to the wind on the weekends as a reward for hard work done all week, or is it just me?

I have and I always regret it on Monday😩 But we're only human🤷‍♀️ Just jump back on the wagon and keep it moving!! You'll drop those pounds again, plus some!!💪😁

Yes and regret it just as much. I usually don't weigh my self on Mondays (or Tuesdays if really bad). Like Melissa says: keep it moving! We got this!
