Well .. I 'bumped' up half a pound this last week, but I've done that before, and went right back to my weight loss rate. I've noticed that on the days where I try and get as close as possible to 8 hours sleep, the rate at which I burn through the calories goes down. That's unfortunate, because I was trying to get more sleep, but I guess until I've trimmed my weight down more, I'll have to keep my sleep schedule as it is .. 5-6 hours a night.
Other than that .. I think I'm doing pretty good, just have to make sure I don't start slipping now.

I am battling with the sleep thing as well. I think I have to get mine to about 7 hours..the 6 thing just makes me really lethargic. Don't worry about the 1/2 you're right you'll go right back to losing.

Wondering if that isn't just some water weight you gained. You are doing so good! I know this is just a little pebble in the road to success for you! The days are getting longer, and Spring will return for you - I bet the snow is melted or melting quickly! So you will go right back to losing weight like you were doing! I hope to see signs of spring soon up here as I'm ready to dig in the dirt and plant my own lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes, etc., and eat salads this summer...home grown and so much more delicious than from the store!
