norawatson's Logboek, 01 feb 11

Today, I am feeling good. My health is feeling so much better. I don't feel as tired anymore - I have more energy and I am looking forward to even better results. I am really focusing and keeping my determination on losing this weight. I am looking forward to feeling good while I'm out with my husband - we have been married now for 17 years (our anniversary was the other day)- every "date" or occassion we have been out on together in the past 17 years I have felt horrible - like he is so embarrassed by the way I look. He has never ever told me anything like this - but I felt it. I just want to feel inside as if he is proud of me. Even though he tells me daily how proud he is - he even sends me text messages through the day telling me (yes he is a sweetie!).

I am also looking forward to our Florida trip in September with our BFF's. I know I will be successful at this weight loss and now that I will not be asked to exit a ride - that happened to me at Dollywood a few years ago.

I want to walk everywhere! Ride ALL the rides and have a blast!!
