Changed my calorie intake this evening. Hopefully I will loose something friday, already ate 105% of RDI today....maybe thats reason I'm stuch for the last few days.
116,9 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 6,9 kg.    Nog te gaan: 8,9 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.

Agree, Hannelie. If you're over 5% and not increasing exercise to compensate (burn calories and boost metabolism) that could be the drag on your progress. See how the adjustments work for you before flipping out, though.
