Today's workout went much better than expected. I decided not to workout yesterday since I got little/no sleep the night before. It's amazing how my body responds once it gets the rest it needs. I jumped into Insanity during month 2, so the intensity of the first few workouts probably put my body into a state of shock. That extra day of rest was just what I needed to get a jump start on the rest of the week. I finished today's workout drenched in sweat and could honestly say I gave it 100%. I'll try to keep on working hard and hopefully the scale will reflect my hard work.
