Too funny not to share.
After strength training with my personal trainer today, I headed off to the showers. However, my arms were so pumped, I got stuck trying to get my shirt over my head. Oh my goodness...all I could do was just laugh at myself. Especially when I thought about how silly it would be to have to step out of the locker room and ask for help (which was the motivation I needed to wiggle my way out of it).
Needless to say, I had a good lunch-hour workout. My trainer is very challenging, but sets attainable goals for me.
