Abbytown's Logboek, 06 apr 14

So as I look at the days food I see that my protein sucks. I need to start using the protein powder that I have to increase what little protein I eat. My carbs are high but it is all the fruit and veggies I eat so when people say cut the carbs I don't know what to cut!!! I guess I need a trip to a dietician or some one to figure out what to eat and still be able to lose weight plus keep to the way I prefer to eat.

My protein was low several days a week until I started taking whey protein powder mixed in 8 ounces of water. The one I take says 2 scoops are 130 calories, so I just take one scoop a day to keep my calories low, but 1 scoop is still 12 grams of protein which is a great boost for me.
