Whoo Hoo! I had a struggle this week with water weight gain and it came off in time for the weigh in. Going on vacation this week and have put plans in place to not blow it. I will be ok with maintaining the loss and not losing anymore but it sure would be great to manage a loss at the same time. I am truly grateful to my husband for his support. He is looking at all the sugars that he has been eating and is more aware and making some changes even though he doesn't need to lose weight. Hope everyone has a great week.
