Not recording hardly anything, or do any exercises just yet. Leona's care has changed considerably, so it's pretty much 24/7. Although she is getting more active each day, it's still to the point where she needs me for just about everything.
Not that this is a bad thing, this is what I signed on for, so no complaints, but it doesn't elicit the need for exercise, because I'm constantly moving her in or out of her bed, wheelchair, etc. I can get on the treadmill, then she'll ring the bell and I just stop.
I have been watching what I eat, just not being as diligent with journaling, and haven't gained a pound, actually lost another, so now down 23 lbs since Jan 3rd.
The weather has turned much nicer, so I need to get out and mow the lawn (again, did it the first time in March--March?!!!?!)Will get her out in the sun while I work on it, probably tomorrow.
