9.71 km today! A new personal record. A year ago, I was lucky if I could even do half a mile :) I noticed with this whole weight loss thing and this additional running I've been losing muscle. So I stacked up the freezer with tons more chicken. Hope to keep cardio moderate while adding some additional weight training while somehow losing 20 more pounds to meet my final goal. This is confusing!
