Day 13 of the 24 Day AB Challenge or 75-40-50. I thought these were relatively easy, maybe because yesterday was a rest day. I did notice after I looked in the trusty mirror that the vertical line was becoming even more defined, and maybe it's just wishful thinking but some of the horizontal lines were beginning to work their way through the fat to make their appearance known. I couldn't be more pleased. There's only 11 days left and I need to really focus on my diet since the exercise are going so well. I know a lot of you may be struggling, but remember this, "It will be worth all the pain, when you stand in front of the mirror and look at those AB muscles and say, I did this." A lot of you have helped support me in this challenge and I want to thank all of you. I have thanked each of you individually but I never want to forget how thankful I am for all of my FS buddies and friends for being in my corner. Together we can do this. And just as a surprise, when this challenge is over, you might get to see a side-by-side from two people in this challenge. That's not the before and after pics, but rather two "after" pics. I can hardly wait to see these results.
