Weight is staying the same thank goodness! Had a real treat Saturday for breakfast...a pancake the size of a full moon with strawberry jam...That is my first real cheat since a year ago Sunday. Cheat days never occurred to me because I was so determined to lose those lbs. keep them off and it has worked. Have a great day all.
