1.75 on the treadmill, 23.25 total for challenge. We've had this treadmill for about 5 years, I think it has been used more the past 4 weeks than it was used in all 5 years!

Sounds like all you needed was a challenge to dust that thing off. Any other personal incentives for completing the challenge?

The challenge is keeping me going, but I just want to feel good in my own skin, also in the back of my mind, my hubby has MMD, as he slowly gets worse I need to be stong and healthy for him and our kids.
