Thanks to this page, I'm learning to change my lifestyle, rather than to "just lose pounds". I think that it is healthier to lose pounds by letting our body to adjust to new situations and new way of choosing our food, because body is stressed out because of new situations and nothing good is going to happened if I put my body on starving mode and after I gain my goal get back to eating all the high calorie food without asking myself, 'ok in a 300kcal of chocolate, i could eat cooked cabbage with beef and to fit full for hours, instead of little pleasure of chocolade?'. I will eat chocolade, but I'll watch out the amount. It is a longer way, but I think that after this, I'll stay on my goal weight, rather than gain it all back in a couple of days.
Before I found this page, I was trying to count the amount of calories just by reading the facts from the ambalage, but this page helped me so much, I have all this little gadgets, and you people for support, so all the other is on me.
