Cbd pepethepup0 50g Yoghurt 20g porridge oats 1/2 egg 25g berries ( i used frozen blackcurrants ) Mix it all up and put into ramakin Cook in over 180 degrees for about 30 minutes Top with 15g blueberries, 20g yogurt, 1/2 tablespoon honey 220 cals I'm trying frozen raspberries next https://pin.it/301A9RT
