Just realized that you can compute office work in the exercise chart. I don't know if it makes much of a difference (maybe 200 calories or so) but it sure makes me feel better about myself than just seeing "resting" for 8 hours a day.
Yesterday, was the first day, I went overboard (more food calories consumed). I'm on vacation in France (yes, great) and you know the saying "like God in France..." which means good food.
On Thursday, we ate in a restaurant in Mâcon and later I tried to figure out the calories in the meal I had consumed. That was tough until I realized they have a fatsecret.fr site where food like "tête de veau" (Calf head, the meat not the brain) is listed. It's not something I usually eat but well, when in Rome... at least to some extend.
Mostly we cook, but with all the good food and wine we bought, it's going to be a time out till Tuesday. I'll try to make it up with more exercise at least as long as the weather holds.
