I guess I knew the baddness would catch up with me eventually.
141,1 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 12,7 kg.    Nog te gaan: 5,4 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.

Could you maybe try to just work on one thing? Like maybe just focus on sticking to Points for a couple of weeks, without worrying about exercise or water? Just until you get sticking to Points down..then add your water goals and start trying to exercise a little? I know that for me when I try to do too much at once I get overwhelmed and can't make myself do anything right!

You're right. It is just I was doing the exercise and diet together really well for a few weeks. I think I am going to focus on exercise because when I do that the diet comes more naturally. Thanks! I just need to find my focus again.
