I am feeling good today. I have been really watching my portion control. I had pasta last night for dinner, but kept my portion low. I still need to work on spacing snacks. I find myself being really hungry at 4pm, with a few hours to go before dinner. I am wanting to get on a scale today, but i just did yesterday. I get discouraged seeing the water weight change. I dont have a set work schedule, so I am not getting up at 5am on my day off to hop on the scale. I will check it tomorrow, with good results(I hope)
