I do not keep anything in the fridge to tempt me. The battle is fought in the grocery store. Much more effort required to give in to cravings.

JustBananas, an excellent strategy to draw the battle lines as far from the home front as possible. But, my clan is full of slender people (...except for me of course). And so, all of the temptations reside here. The Sword of Damocles is ever-present.

Puzzles are addicting! I play sudoku, also very addictive.

I love puzzles— I have done many over the last year and I bet I still have 30 in my closet to go. Totally can occupy a few hours. I also study— several online classes this year, SUDOKU and chess kept be busy as well. Thank goodness for our small vices.
