This is a great day. The scale said 210.5 this morning which is the lowest it has been, in a very, very long time. Only 9 ounces to go to see the 20s. Finally got off the plateau and the weight has started to drop again. I'm pleased with my progress so far.
Everyone have a great mid-week and just think, tomorrow's Friday.
