@Janee87 thank you for the question, the broth is not yellow water, which 7foot nowt man would know had he been there 🤔 it’s Tom Yum paste, which you can find in Asian supermarkets, with vegetable broth and vegetables like bokchoi, tomatoes and mushroom and some coriander, as before mentioned I don’t claim for this meal to be authentic, I just enjoy spice and mixing it up instead of eating something like chicken broccoli and rice everyday. ☺️The gyozas that I made are little dumplings that are filled with sautéed carrots, mangetout, spring onions, garlic, ginger and quorn mince. I will make the gyozas again but probably only eat them with dipping sauce or a different broth like beef broth. Hope you’re doing okay x
