New Week- new challenges. Happy Monday everyone. I am loving this eating clean thing... being accountable to my food diary keeps me on the straight and narrow, though i did have a chunk of my friend's chocolate muffin... :S its not the whole muffin i would have otherwise had. Or those glazed scones from Starbucks... mmm... :D anyway, been doing well. Feeling great even if my body hasn't changed- my husband has commented that "not that you looked bad before, but I love the definition in your arms" which is a great compliment. Im actually quite looking forward to the summer wardrobe (which is a new thing for me).
