desireewalters's Logboek, 11 feb 11

Im am 27 years old, and ready to start a family. I am struggling with fertility issues and weight is part of my problem. I started this new journey on Jan. 10, I started at 300lbs. I am down to 292.4lbs. I started this journey only thinking about prenancy, but as I am progressing my thought pattern is changing. For 13 or more years I only ate once a day, and hence piled on the weight. I have always been big and always used that as my excuse to stay that way. As I am begining to see the weight come off I am begining to have a new out look. I dont want to just be a mum, I want to be a great mum, and that means being a healthy role model for my future children.
As of january 10th I decided to change my life. I now get up and have three meals a day and try to snack as well. I work out four days a week and am on this site to seek support to help me maintain this lifestyle change.
