I woke up this morning with red watery eyes, ok I figured allergies. On goes the day the eyes don't get better. Next comes the aching muscles, then the so lovely headache, then sweating even though the air is on. I am sick. I don't really feel like eating but since I cooked for everyone I'll try. I doubled my water and popped some advil. I'm hoping an early bedtime and the extra water will help. Oh I guess I better find my extra vitamin c too.

Arrrgh. Hope this passes soon. Get some good rest, LOTS of fluid and be gentle with yourself. Sounds like you've got all that covered with doubling water and early bedtime!

Thanks! I managed to get the laundry I need for tomorrow washed and in the dryer. I took extra vitamin C and my water is now about triple normal. I need to go to sleep now (before my 12 year-old's bedtime! It's only 9 pm here) and hope that I feel better in the morning.

hello, I hope you are feeling better today.The best thing you can do is drink lots of water, and rest as much as you can. We ad some pretty heavy storms come through last night. They started early afternoon, and lasted through the night, and into this morning. A lot of rain here in Ohio. Take care and feel better soon. LoreJae
