Wow what a buzz kill, I would have never eaten a Cheese Pizza in the past for any reason let alone to avoid meat. Now I find out over 900mg of sodium in one 6 oz slice. Thank God I only had one slice for lunch. Living good is going to be tough.
Keeping under 2,400mg daily is presenting a challenge.
On the up side I am sleeping & feeling better now that I have started eating better.
