Let me just say it's been a crazy week, since last I was online. I will do my best to get the AB Massacre Part 2 loaded today. At least my weight stayed the same. Could be all the work going on around here. Thanks Deb_N for asking about me. No road trip, just a lot of minutiae that sometimes gets in the way of life.
Good news, I'm back and still healthy.

Great news on the weight Never2old! :) Welcome back! I got behind on the Ab Massacre and am, unfortunately, not going to start at the same time as you guys but you're going to serve as scouts for me lolol.
