I had an awesome day. Got all my exercise in plus a little extra, then went out with my daughter. I was so busy today I didn't really have time to eat much, and I didn't miss eating much either. Tonight I played music with my acoustic/vocal group called b Natural. We sounded great! We are hoping to play at our state fair this summer.
