I had steamed mussels two nights ago, with a white wine broth. It was very nice on a unseasonable chilly night. Today I reheated about 15 mussels and tossed them in my salad with Balsamic Vinaigrette.

What! I made a very tasty Mediterranean salad under 300 calories.
