lmgeis's Logboek, 03 mei 14

Much better again on my carbs if I stick to my plan. My arms are sore today so I will give them a rest and not go to yoga today. I will try to get a treadmill workout in though. tonight was a busy night at work. Nobody was sleeping and I had 2 admissions, one from the ED and one from the ICU. On Suday I will do my home pilates program after church. On Monday morning after work I have a funeral for a friends father-in-law. Andrea will probably complain that it was not on the shared google calendar. oh well. Andrea's fancy scale that measures weight, body fat%, water weight, bone weight, lean muscle weight came on Thursday afternoon. It said I weighed 193#, and body fat of 51% I think I like the scale at the gym better!
