Not feeling well again. Didnt eat much yesterday and today all I have had was an acia pomegranate smoothy at church. Going out to Bocca di beppo for dinner and will I guess eat all my calories for the day then. I dunno. I dont feel like eating. I am not hungry and not going to the bathroom. I probably should see a dr but with no insurance there is no way I will go. I started a colon cleanse last night so we will see if in a week I feel better. I have not exercised in a week Id say and will get back to it. Right now I just dont feel right at all.
