I bought a 32 ounce bottle that has times on it to help me stay on track for drinking water. I only have to refill it once and that helps me see the intake as manageable.

I have a gallon jug I fill every day. I like grape crystal light. I use the 2 quart package in the gallon of water. Just adds a little flavor.
Once I have finished gallon, I then treat myself to 1/2 peach ice with 1/2 diet 7 up. Hope you can find something that works for you.

I use my fruit allowance, e.g. Half an orange blitzed into the water. I use frozen fruit in the warmer months.

Have you tried adding cut up fruit squeezeded into the water. There are also "tea bags" that aren't tea but rather the flavorings for tea, called infusions. They are pretty good, different flavors with none of the artificial sweetners or preservatives. My marker sells them near the bottled water. The are designed to be able to put a bag into a bottle of water.

Strongly agree with you for hot water. That’s how we drink it when I was growing up (parts of Asian culture).

my short term goal is to consistently drink 2L a day so in the morning I set up 4 bottles, mark them 1-4, set up 3 with my Benefiber and I am good to go for the day. I aim for 2 bottles before lunch and 2 after with a bonus bottle for over night. it has helped me stay on track so far.
am still buying bottled water because haven't decided which type of filter to settle on. have tried several so far but none a good fit. either filter replacement too expensive or too soon or don't remove enough contaminants. would like a Berkey system but can't afford yet.

I find that I drink 1 glass when I get up. I then 1 glass for breakfast plus my coffee (which counts). Then I drink 2 glasses at lunch, 2 glasses for dinner and my final 2 in the evening. If I can drink any more it is a bonus. Any liquid (other than alcohol) Be ware of the sugar in juices, pop. I hope this helps

I have tried so many things. The best I found was Tru Lemon and Tru Lime packets but as what seems to always happen I can't find them anymore. The other Tru packets have a terrible after taste.

Use, lemon, mint leaves, ginger, cinnamon, spearmint, cucumber, etc. I drink 12 eight-oz cups/bottles/glasses of h2o per day. 16 ozs before, during and after BREAK-FAST, 16 ozs before, during and after lunch, and finally 16 ozs before, during and after dinner. =)

I love hot tea and drink alot of coffee if that counts. But coffee has plain powdered creamer so it might not.

I had same issue, now I take fresh fruit and put in my Bullet processor to grind up then add water and sweetener or no sweetener if you prefer.
