Just try to tweak things and be consistent. You'll get there!

It's only been a few days of staying the same. It's pretty normal. You can stay the same weight for 6 days and drop on the 7th. Stick with it and you should see a drop soon. As you get closer to goal, weight loss may drop to a pound a week. Make sure you are drinking water, tracking, being active, etc.
