ddEG's Logboek, 05 mei 14

So, I'm going to give this journal thing a try. I'm currently doing OptiFast in a group setting with wonderful results, but I want to make sure that I set myself up continued success and truly believe that journaling, recording and exercise are they keys. Since, I'm not going to make it to class this week due to travelling for work this seemed like a good place to start. So, today was a travel day, which is always full of challenges, getting the water in and flying cross country is always an interesting proposition. I am proud of myself in that this is the first business trip where after I checked-in I went straight to the gym and got my workout in before anything else. My goal is to workout for every day that I'm here. If I'm successful, there is a massage in my future!
