Yesterday was the fourth consecutive day of swimming twenty laps in the pool, and water aerobics, along with a 3 mph twenty minute pace on the treadmill (one mile). I do interval training on the treadmill...mixing in one and two minute sprints after walking for three minutes. In addition, I raise the incline each minute during the first ten minutes, and then slowly lower it back to ground level during the last ten minutes.
