AlgaeGirl's Logboek, 14 feb 11

Getting my stuff sorted out for the new furniture purchase on Thursday! Hooray! My printer will finally be on my desk...not on a side table halfway across the room! And all my books will finally be together on one way, instead of spread all through the apartment! I have to move some pictures and patch some holes and touch up a little bit of paint, but it's so worth it! I'm kinda sick of looking at my workspace right now - it's a mess. But not after Thursday! It's like a spring cleaning kick-off!

Even though Mondays are a bit crazy, I think I like them as much I like lazy Sundays. Sundays I just kinda chill...maybe do some yoga...read a bit, watch t.v., maybe play some Mario Kart. And Mondays are full up! Laundry, groceries, cleaning, sorting, baking...and throw some cardio in there too! (And, not to be mean or anything, but Ian is at work for almost twelve hours most Mondays, so I feel like I can get more done without him here! I know, I know, it's such a *girl* thing to say...men getting i the way...)

So, I'm not doing anything lovey-dovey for Valentine's, unless baking scones for Ian counts.

Tomorrow I'm being taken to my favourite sushi restaurant. I haven't been in weeks...mostly because I've been laid off and it's right near my work and there really hasn't been a reason for me to head over to that part of town recently. But I'm excited!

This feels like it's going to be a good week - sushi, IKEA, and getting my bike's brakes fixed in time to ride again!
