Taught 2 pole classes back to back last night and I am exhausted, plus my joints are killing me today! I think I will have to start taking a glucosamine supplement. Yikes, I am too young for that. Also very hungry today, same as yesterday, although not craving caffeine yet. Getting readjusted to drinking the Atkins shakes in the morning but still feel hungry enough to eat a snack mid-morning. Not sure what I will do to stay on the challenge today as far as eating dinner because planned dinner for the guys is HH which is definitely neither healthy or whole grain (but they love it, all though I will make it with ground turkey to make it a little healthier for them. Maybe some green beans and brown rice for dinner? Not sure - I know that won't be very filling - I think I may have a TV dinner or something I could heat up... Hungry.
