intrinity's Logboek, 19 mrt 09

Today is my fast day. But, I'm hungary and tired (which eating ususally helps) and so premenstral (so in snack mode)! Help!

I just keep holding on to the fact that I'm down 1.5lbs despite being too tired/busy to really workout like I should this week.

Hang in there, the day is almost over, and the benefits outweigh the hunger. Besides,since your body is in starvation mode, if you snack now, your body will trap that high calorie snack and turn it to fat.

Thank you for the support. I did eat as soon as I can. But, I kept it pretty healthy - writing everything down really helps me to think about what I'm eating.
